2. Minnesota Language Survey – English | Español 
3. Bus Registration - English | Español
4. Free or Reduced Meal Application - English | Español
5. Immunization records – submit medical records or complete an Immunization form
6. Kindergarten only, submit proof of age and name to school office (birth certificate or passport).

Open Enrollment Application:

1. To find out if you live within Independent School District 2905's attendance area follow this link to The Minnesota Secretary of State Polling Place Finder. If you are unsure of which elementary school your child will be attending contact the district office at 507.364.8100 option 6. View District boundary map.
2. Out-of-district families please complete the Enrollment Options Application form, English | Español and turn the form into the school office.
