Special Education Parent Advisory Council

What is SEAC?

Special Education Advisory Council, formally PAC, is a requirement of MN State Law 125A.24 designed to increase the involvement of parents of children with disabilities in district decision making in the area of Special Education.

Who are we?

We are parents of students with special needs, school professionals, and community members dedicated to:

  • Advocating for high quality programs & services

  • Advising on special education practices

  • Assisting in identifying areas of improvement

  • Encouraging good communication & support
