As the district mentors, we will be integrating new educators into the culture and climate of Tri-City United Schools along with supporting professional growth through the mentorship process. Tri-City United has joined 6 other Minnesota districts by entering into a Minnesota Educators Partnership (MEP) with Minnesota State University, Mankato to better prepare pre-service teachers through long-term field experiences and year long student teaching placements. As part of this partnership, two TCU teachers have been designated as T**eacher **O**n **S**pecial **A**ssignment (TOSA) to enhance this partnership through extended training and support of pre-service teachers.
